**Role Overview**

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our elevator products and services. This is a high-energy, client-facing role that requires persistence, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present elevator solutions to prospective customers (builders, architects, contractors, housing societies, institutions, etc.).
- Conduct site visits to assess requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with technical teams for preparing proposals, quotations, and customized solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/ERP systems.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
