Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand business relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 2years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the working in field sale or female product
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
