**Job Title: Field Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a high level of initiative and persistence.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
