**Job Summary**:
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- **Product Demonstrations and Presentations**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Highlight the features and benefits of the company's products and services to persuade customers to make a purchase.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to support the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other sales team members, as well as cross-functional teams, to achieve common goals and ensure a cohesive approach to sales efforts.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in field sales, business development, or a related role is required.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Working Conditions**:
