**Position: Sales Representative**

**Location: [JALANDHER, PUNJAB]**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the quality and benefits of our garments.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the garment manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
