Job Title: Field Sales Representative - Women’s Footwear

About the Role:
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our women’s footwear brand in your area. Your job is to increase sales, build strong relationships with retailers, and make sure our products are well-represented in the market.

What You’ll Do:

- Find and connect with new retailers, distributors, and boutiques.
- Regularly visit stores to show new collections, get feedback, and improve product visibility.
- Maintain good relationships with current clients and support them with product knowledge and display setup.
- Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Coordinate with the team to manage orders, stock, and deliveries.
- Attend trade shows, events, and promotional activities to represent the brand.
- Share regular sales reports and updates with your manager.

What We’re Looking For:

- Field sales experience, especially in fashion, footwear, or similar products.
- Good understanding of women’s footwear and fashion trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized and good at time management.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ready to travel within your territory (driver’s license required).

Nice to Have:

- Passion for fashion, especially women’s footwear.
- Prior experience in footwear sales is a big plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
