**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on **Tally ERP** for students, professionals, and company employees.
- Ensure trainees gain complete **in-and-out knowledge of Tally ERP** functionalities and features.
- Stay updated with the latest **Tally version** releases and features, and incorporate them into the training program.
- Design, develop, and customize training programs and materials according to the trainees' needs.
- Evaluate trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Help trainees in setting up Tally for their businesses, including **accounting, inventory, payroll, GST, TDS**, and other financial modules.
- Offer post-training support, addressing any questions or issues trainees may face while using Tally.
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of the training sessions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in **Tally ERP (including the latest version)**.
- Thorough understanding of **accounting principles** and **financial management**.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear manner.
- **Teaching/training experience** is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of **GST, payroll, TDS**, and other compliance-related modules within Tally.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in the Tally ERP environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
