**Key Responsibilities**:

- Continuously track and monitor the ERP system across all company modules.
- Ensure that the system is functioning properly and report any discrepancies.
- dentify ERP-related issues and work closely with the technical team to resolve them.
- Provide first-level support and guidance to users for ERP-related queries.
- Raise tickets for unresolved issues, track their progress, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams and ERP vendors to solve complex issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all tickets and issues until closure.
- Supervise the proper functioning of the ERP system across departments.
- Ensure that all users are adhering to ERP protocols and procedures.
- Provide guidance to users on ERP functionality and features.
- Assist employees in understanding the ERP system, raising tickets, and escalating issues when necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their functionality.
- Ability to track and monitor ERP operations across various modules.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to supervise, provide support, and follow up on issues promptly.
- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and issue escalation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in ERP support or a similar role.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
