Customer Support Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide technical and functional support to clients using our ERP software.
Assist and train school/college account departments on ERP modules.
Resolve customer queries related to Tally and ERP integration.
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and close client issues.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Perform periodic follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in software implementation and data migration activities.
Document common issues and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Commerce, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or accounting.
Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
Good understanding of ERP systems and school/college accounting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client pressure.
Comfortable with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the education sector.
Knowledge of GST, fee management, and statutory compliance for educational institutions.
Exposure to implementation of accounting or ERP software in school/college settings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
