We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Personal Assistant**
**Principal responsibilities**
- Responsible for administrative and secretarial support to Senior Executives
- Handle confidential matters and material in a discrete manner
- Proactive diary management, arranging internal and external meetings; moving meetings to balance workload; avoiding diary conflicts; booking rooms and conferencing equipment and taking meeting minutes, where required, ensuring papers/agendas are collated/distributed in advance of meetings
- Organize all travel arrangements, authorizations, booking of trains, hotels etc. and submitting expense claims
- Support with the organization of ‘off site’ events, when necessary
- Provide cover for Personal Assistant in the wider team
- Support with onboarding of new employees, including arranging relevant system access, ordering equipment and arranging building access
- Managing delegated authorizations in systems including ServiceNow
- Prepare PowerPoint Presentations and Excel templates
Requirements- Work with key stakeholders across the business
- Work collaboratively with the members of business support team as well as with the wider team.
- Take ownership of appropriate tasks
