**Key Responsibilities**:

**Documentation**: Prepare reports, draft documents, take meeting minutes, and maintain confidential files.
**Project Management**: Assist in planning and executing projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
**Personal Tasks**: Manage personal errands, appointments, and other non-business tasks.
**Research & Analysis**: Conduct research as requested and provide summarized findings.
**Event Coordination**: Assist in planning company or personal events, including logistics and vendor management.
**Expense Management**: Track and manage expenses, process reimbursements, and prepare financial summaries.
**Task Prioritization**: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with little supervision.
