**Job Title**: Personal Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents as required.
- Coordinate and follow up on daily operational tasks, meetings, and commitments.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by the executive.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Track deadlines, manage priorities, and provide reminders to the executive.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Administration or Business Management).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.

**Experience**:
2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

**Employment Type**:
Full-time / On-site

Pay: ₹20,518.85 - ₹35,571.76 per month
