We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Documentation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join our team of healthcare communication experts. In this role, you will transform audio medical dictations into precise, high-quality written records that support patient care. A commitment to accuracy of not less than 85%, timeliness, and ethical standards is essential to ensuring our records are both complete and reliable.

This work can be demanding, especially when audio quality is compromised, however, a strong commitment to accuracy and patient care drives every transcriptionist’s mission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transcribing recordings from doctors, medico-legal professionals, and healthcare teams
- Converting medical data from ER visits, medico-legal documents, and comprehensive chart reviews into highly accurate records
- Ensure proper spelling, grammar, and consistency, adhering to medical terminology standards
- Reviewing and refining transcriptions by referring to the resources like Steadman's, Quick Look, and American Heritage, etc. HIPAA compliance is a must

- Proven experience (more than 2 years) in medical transcription field after completing training and certification
- Ability to transcribe audio recordings from physicians, medico-legal professionals, and other healthcare providers with an accuracy of above 85%
- Proficiency with transcription software and medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and spelling
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage challenging audio files
