**Job Title**:Remote Healthcare Coordinator (India-based)**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate patient cases remotely from India, ensuring smooth communication between patients, hospitals, and insurance/TPA partners.
- Support clients through the treatment life cycle — from initial inquiry to discharge.
- Handle documentation, medical report collection, and case management with accuracy.
- Liaise with hospitals/doctors in India and abroad for treatment plans and cost estimates.
- Assist in insurance and reimbursement-related processes.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in healthcare/medical/nursing/allied fields (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, insurance/TPA, or medical tourism.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi (both mandatory)**.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases remotely.
- Based in India, with reliable internet and laptop/PC.
