A Land Procurement Executive focuses on acquiring land for various purposes, including infrastructure projects, real estate developments, or renewable energy initiatives. The role involves identifying potential land opportunities, negotiating deals with landowners and government agencies, and managing the entire land acquisition process. Key Responsibilities:
- **Identifying and Assessing Land**:Researching and identifying suitable land parcels that meet the company's requirements, considering factors like location, size, zoning, and environmental impact.
- **Negotiating and Closing Deals**:Negotiating land purchase agreements, leases, or other agreements with landowners, brokers, and government bodies.
- **Managing the Acquisition Process**:Overseeing the entire land acquisition process, from initial site visits to final closing, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Liaising with Stakeholders**:Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, government officials, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth land acquisition.
- **Document Management**:Preparing and managing all necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, permits, and legal documents.
- **Budget and Cost Management**:Controlling the land acquisition budget, negotiating favorable prices, and optimizing land acquisition costs.
- **Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring**:Analyzing land market trends, competitor activities, and other relevant factors to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Skills Required:
- **Negotiation Skills**:Strong negotiation skills are essential for successfully securing land deals.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent communication skills are needed to build relationships with various stakeholders and present proposals effectively.
- **Analytical Skills**:Ability to analyze land market data, assess land viability, and identify potential risks.
- **Legal and Compliance Knowledge**:Familiarity with land acquisition laws, regulations, and processes.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the land acquisition process.
- **Relationship Management**:Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, government officials, and other stakeholders.
- **Fieldwork and Site Assessment**:Comfortable with conducting site visits, assessing land suitability, and collecting relevant data.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
