**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing (preferred in real estate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
