**Role Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive (Female) who will be responsible for generating and converting leads, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our customized smart automation, AV, lighting, and ELV solutions across residential and enterprise sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation & Prospecting;_
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Identify potential clients including architects, interior designers, builders, and property owners.
- Client Engagement;_
Meet clients at their location or site to understand their automation, AV, and lighting needs.
Deliver effective product presentations, demos, and solution walk-throughs.
Provide a consultative sales approach with value-based selling.
- Sales Process Management;_
Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and scope-of-work documents.
Maintain timely follow-ups and conversion tracking using CRM tools.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence:_
Stay updated with latest industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and pricing benchmarks.
Share valuable market insights with management to help align strategy.
- Post-Sales Coordination:_
Assist in handover to project execution and technical teams.
Maintain client satisfaction and handle feedback during early execution phases.
**Gender**: Female (preferred for strategic and client engagement positioning)
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
**Experience**:1-3 years in field sales (preferred in technology, lighting, automation, or electronics sector)
**Language Skills**:Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
**Technical Aptitude**: Basic understanding of smart automation, lighting, or AV systems is a plus
**Other**: Must be willing to travel locally; having own two-wheeler is preferred
**Compensation & Incentives**

2% commission on project value (excluding GST & service charges) for successful closures
