Private Secretary(Wfh)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Private Secretary** to provide efficient administrative support to senior management.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Maintain an organized filing system for records and documentation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners as required.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Perform general administrative duties such as office management and supply coordination.
- Other tasks as assigned by senior management.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **MBA Fresher** or any relevant qualification in business management or administration.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate and address needs.
