Executive Secretary to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic administrative support to the CEO and MD, including managing communications and schedules.
- Confidential mail drafting and review.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality across all communication channels.
- Develop, implement, and refine office procedures to enhance efficiency and support organizational goals.
- Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files.
- Review, screen, and prepare documents, including agreements and estimates, to support business operations and client engagements.
- Oversee the registration process for new partnerships and vendors, verifying that all necessary contracts and documentation are properly completed and filed.
- Track and follow up on work progress and updates, coordinating with relevant team members and departments as required.
- Maintain communication across UAE and Indian branches.
- Perform daily petty cash calculations and report the results to the accounts department.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in Office Secretary/Admin/Documentation Specialist Roles
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, both written and verbal
- IT Knowledge optional
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
