Job Description: Governance Executive / CS Executive or Assistant

**About the Company**:
We are a globally recognized analytics company with a significant footprint, primarily focusing on GCC countries, Europe, and India. Headquartered in India, we specialize in delivering financial, management, business setup, and legal services to our diverse clientele. Currently, we are seeking a qualified Governance Executive, CS Assistant, or Executive to join our dynamic team.

Work Location: Ernakulam

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee company takeover processes, managing documentation and legal requisites.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, promptly addressing inquiries.
- Immediate availability to contribute effectively to ongoing projects.
- Prepare documents necessary for the incorporation of a company.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of secretarial work and compliance.
- Fulfill related compliance requirements, including the filing of necessary forms.
- Proficient in drafting agreements, contracts, deeds, ensuring compliance with prescribed requirements.
- Ensure the security of the company's legal documents, such as the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle tasks with initiative..

Qualifications and Skills:

- Company Secretary (First Attempt, Second Attempt) preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Corporate Law.
- Basic Arabic knowledge is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,631.15 - ₹18,117.55 per month
