**About Us**:
JB Rainwater Harvesting is a pioneer in sustainable water management solutions across India. With a mission to make water conservation a standard practice, we design and deliver cutting-edge rainwater harvesting systems for both private and public sector clients.

As we expand our pan-India operations, we are seeking a confident and mature **Tele Sales Executive** to join our team and help us engage key decision-makers in corporate and government sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Introduce JB Rainwater Harvesting’s solutions and generate qualified leads
- Coordinate with internal teams to attend government tenders and prepare documentation
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM
- Work closely with the backend support team to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales operations
- Assist in preparing quotations, project proposals, and follow-ups for closures
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across India

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi** (fluency required)
- Minimum 2-4 years of tele sales or customer relationship experience, preferably in B2B or infrastructure-related sectors
- Ability to confidently communicate with senior executives, procurement officers, and government officials
- Maturity, professionalism, and ability to handle high-level conversations
- Basic understanding of government tendering process is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
