Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our telesales team in Kochi. You will be responsible for managing a team of Telesales Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed targets related to Etisalat’s telecom products, including postpaid SIMs, eLife (home broadband/TV), and SMB solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to meet daily and monthly sales goals
- Provide hands-on coaching, performance reviews, and training support
- Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to company sales strategies
- Conduct regular team huddles, communicate updates, and share best practices
- Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper follow-up on leads
- Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to align business goals
- Ensure a high-performing and positive team environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a telesales leadership role
- Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams
- Strong communication in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
- Solid understanding of telecom product sales
- Excellent coaching, problem-solving, and people management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency
- Target-driven with strong time management and organizational skills
- High integrity and professionalism

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
