**Job description**
**Job Title: Accounts and Administration Executive**
As an Accounts and Administration Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing both financial and administrative tasks within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll processing, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts as required.
- Assist in budgeting and expense management processes.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Manage office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and operational.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support audit processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and personnel information.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and senior management, to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with external parties, including auditors, tax consultants, and vendors, as necessary.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing finance and administration.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
