**Job Title**: Admin Executive
**Location**: Cheranallur
**Work Timings**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles **or** freshers with internship experience are welcome
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and documentation
- Prepare and maintain records in MS Excel and Word
- Generate client estimations based on internal templates and guidance
- Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
- Assist in basic accounting and billing tasks
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Internship or prior exposure to admin/accounting work is a plus
**Training**:
- Full training will be provided for estimation and client handling
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,073.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
