**Job Title: Private Secretary**
**Qualifications**:
- Graduation degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially in MS Office suite.
- 2-3 years of experience in administration or management field or in the same field preferred.
**Job Role**:
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, coordinating attendees, and booking venues if necessary.
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing them to relevant parties promptly.
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for the executive(s) you support.
- Maintaining and organizing documents, both physical and digital, ensuring they are easily accessible.
- Recording and filing important documents, ensuring they are properly categorized and stored securely.
- Demonstrating excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed to support the efficient functioning of the office.
**Additional Skills (preferred but not mandatory)**:
- Familiarity with office and administrative procedures.
- Experience with travel arrangements and expense management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and urgent requests.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive(s) and take initiative accordingly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
