**Responsibilities**
- Supervise on-site work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with project teams for smooth daily operations.
- Ensure project deadlines are achieved without compromising quality.
- Inspect work, materials, and equipment to maintain standards.
- Monitor project progress and address site-related issues.
- Enforce safety regulations at all stages of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4-12 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
