- Experience in the field of Edu Tech IT/Cyber Security Trainings Hard Core Sales.
- Close Leads assigned with the predefined TAT.
- Identify new sales opportunities & Corporates through networking and social media.
- Shall be sales target oriented.
- Shall have experience in handling live chat support on website
- Regular follow up on leads until closures.
- Provide comprehensive support to queries received from chat desks on our website.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Ensures all customers are able to get their queries resolved in a timely manner.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Collecting and keeping an up to date record of the leads generated on chat.
- Continuous learning about company products and latest offers provided.
