We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our team. The Chat Support Executive will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient support to our customers via live chat, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers via live chat in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and accurately.

Issue Resolution:
Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution when necessary.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Stay updated on product features, updates, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and resolutions.

Generate reports on chat support metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer support operations.

Share insights, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our chat support processes and procedures.

Quality Assurance:
Adhere to company policies and guidelines while interacting with customers and handling sensitive information.

Conduct quality assurance checks on chat interactions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹11,460.10 - ₹28,694.05 per month
