We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to support our operations team.

**Responsibilities**:
Chat with potential customers and guide them through the process.
Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Coordinate with other executives.
Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions
Refer Unresolved Customer Grievances Or Special Requests To Designated Departments For Further Investigation

Qualifications:
Comfortable to relocate to Noida for work from office.
1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
