**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Criteria**:

- Experience: 0-3 Years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a MUST.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to all courses and programs; no specific educational background required.
