Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. **Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. ** Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. ** Conduct property viewings and provide prospective buyers with relevant information on properties. **Negotiate sales contracts and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. ** Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and provide feedback to the management team. **Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless sales process.**
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales. **Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Strong customer service skills. ** Highly motivated and target-driven. **Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. ** Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. **Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. ** Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
