**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure proper and timely documentation of customer details.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during sales activities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team and managers to achieve collective goals.
- Participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication skills in **Hindi**.
- Confidence and enthusiasm to work in sales.
- Ability to explain financial products clearly and effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Basic knowledge of using mobile apps and simple documentation tools.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass (Intermediate) in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome. Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- **Language**: Proficiency in **Hindi** is required.
