Sales Excutive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. - Conduct property viewings and provide prospective buyers with relevant information on properties. - Negotiate sales contracts and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and provide feedback to the management team. - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong customer service skills. - Highly motivated and target-driven. - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
