**Shift**:US Shift (Night Shift)

**Experience**:Intern to 03 Years

**Working Days**:5.5 days working

**Educational Qualification**:Minimum: Graduate in any stream

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in scheduling appointments, sharing treatment updates, and handling basic inquiries.
- Provide support related to medical services, pharmacy billing, prior authorizations, and insurance verifications.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry in patient records and CRM systems. **Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior team members as needed.**:

- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data protection standards. **Actively participate in training and performance improvement sessions.**

**Required Skills**:

- **Excellent English communication skills**(spoken and written) with a neutral accent. **Confidence, patience, and ability to handle conversations with empathy.**:

- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn healthcare software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in night shifts.
- Prior BPO experience (0-1 year) is a bonus.
