Event Coordinator

**Description**:
ROLE PURPOSE

Working within the Planning and Operations department based in our new office in Hyderabad, this role is being recruited to carry out critical back-end tasks ensuring that the DAZN Watch Party product is setup correctly for DAZN live events ensuring that the settings within the What’s On management tool accurately reflect the requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensuring that event details are updated and accurately reflect the business requirements on What’s On/PBI

Communicate and arrange event coverage and all necessary meeting information as required.

Maintain and update internal reporting systems and ensuring information is correct at all times

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work both as an individual or as part of a wider team
- Experience of using the Microsoft suite of office tools
- Previous use of What’s On/PBI an advantage but not essential
- Comfortable with communicating at all levels within the business
