To give 100% transparent information for buyers in purchasing a property, we have launched Property Expert Guidance (PEG) service. Through this service, we intend to assist buyers with complete project insights and area analysis to help them make smart, profitable home-buying decisions.

**Job Overview**

As an Event Coordinator with 0 to 1 Year of experience, you will assist in the planning, coordination and execution of various events and activities.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist in Planning and organizing events, including conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops and social gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors, Suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Assist In preparing event-related documents such as agendas, presentations and event manuals.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests related to events, providing timely and accurate information.
- Help Create promotional materials such as flyers, posters and digital content to attract attendees.
- Assist in conduction post-event evaluation, including collecting feedback from attendees, analyzing event.
- Compile post-event reports summarizing key outcomes, successes and recommendations for future events.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in evening, weekends and holidays as required for events.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- A polished and professional appearance, with a warm and approachable demeanor.

**Salary**: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
