**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in the mobile store. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology. The Sales Executive will assist customers in selecting the right mobile devices and accessories, provide product information, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on mobile devices and accessories.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and a customer-first approach.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology, product features, and trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- **Sales Process**: Handle the entire sales process from inquiry to purchase, including billing, payment processing, and after-sales support.
- **Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell related products such as accessories, extended warranties, and service plans.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Store Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular feedback and sales reports to the Store Manager on customer preferences, sales trends, and stock needs.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to achieve overall store objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or mobile devices.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- **Personal Attributes**:
