**Position Summary**:
This position is based in Hyderabad. As an Domestic and International Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for designing a customized travel package, managing travel bookings, and providing top-notch service to our clients. You will leverage your expertise in international travel to offer tailored advice, book flights, accommodations, and activities, and ensure that every trip exceeds client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Client Handling**: Manage inquiries, understand client preferences, and provide customized travel solutions.
- **Itinerary Planning**: Design and curate domestic & international travel packages, ensuring the best experiences for customers.
- **Booking & Coordination**: Handle reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing tours.
- **Vendor & Partner Relations**: Negotiate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels for competitive rates.
- **Customer Support**: Provide seamless pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip support to travelers.
- **Revenue Generation**: Achieve and exceed sales targets through new client acquisitions and repeat business.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.
- **Create Customized Travel Itineraries: Design and organize comprehensive travel plans, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities for international destinations.**:

- **Handle Travel Bookings: Make accurate reservations for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services, ensuring timely confirmations.**:

- **Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and post-travel follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.**:

- **Coordinate with Travel Partners: Work with hotels, tour operators, and other partners to secure competitive rates and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.**:

- **Multitask and Prioritize Tasks: Manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.**:

- **Knowledge of Travel Destinations: Possess a deep understanding of diverse destinations, cultures, and local regulations to guide client decisions.**:

- **Maintain Supplier Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.Key Requirements**:

- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with international & domestic destinations, travel products, and pricing.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in travel booking systems (GDS), CRM tools, and MS Office.
- **Language**: Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, English; additional languages are a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experiences as an Domestic International Holidays Consultant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with travel industry trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,848.99 per month
