Job Description: Live Chat Agent (Customer Success)
**Position: Live Chat Agent (Customer Success)**
**Working Hours: To be determined**
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and courteously.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions and alternatives.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and create detailed support tickets.
- Track and document all customer interactions and updates in the ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes and systems.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably through live chat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer success role within the ecommerce or software industry.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Pay: ₹465,292.35 - ₹670,113.52 per year
