**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project tasks and ensure timely completion, while keeping team members informed of assignments and progress.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients. Document meetings and distribute minutes.
- Identify and address project risks, working with the team to develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and artifacts.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
- Assist in resource allocation and workload balancing to optimize project efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- At Least 4 years of experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
