We're seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our IT company in Gujarat. As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in planning, executing, and completing projects. Your excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities will be key in coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and collaborating with stakeholders. **Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

Monitor project tasks and ensure timely completion, while keeping team members informed of assignments and progress.

Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients. Document meetings and distribute minutes.

Identify and address project risks, working with the team to develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and artifacts.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality.

Build positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations.

Assist in resource allocation and workload balancing to optimize project efficiency.

**Requirements**:
At Least 4 years of experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably in the IT industry.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
