**Job Title: Project Coordinator**

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our digital marketing

agency.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple digital marketing

projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on schedule

and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the account management team to understand client requirements and project scope
- Create and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are on track and within budget
- Communicate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Coordinate project team meetings and facilitate communication between team members
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard
- Track project expenses and provide regular budget updates to the account management team
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
