**Requirements**: Strong communication skills and confidence are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Ensure all areas (e.g., dining, kitchens, event spaces) are clean and organized.
- Clean floors, tables, chairs, windows, and other facilities.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to safety standards.
- Replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Serve water or drinks to guests as needed.
- **Assisting with Event Setup and Teardown**:

- Help set up dining areas, tables, chairs, and event equipment.
- Assist with the breakdown of events or dining setups at the end of an event or shift.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all areas.
- Follow all company and local health and safety regulations.
- Ensure equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with other tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a stewarding, janitorial, or hospitality role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
