**Job Summary**

The Steward plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. This role involves ensuring all equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean and ready for use, as well as assisting the kitchen team in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

**Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning and Sanitation**
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to ensure availability during service hours.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Sweep, mop, and deep clean kitchen floors and surfaces regularly.
- Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials according to health and safety guidelines.

**Maintenance and Organization**
- Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned, stored, and organized appropriately.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the Kitchen Manager.
- Restock cleaning supplies and tools as needed.

**Support to Kitchen Operations**
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain organization in storage areas, including dry goods, cold storage, and cleaning supplies.
- Provide additional support to kitchen staff during peak hours or special events.

**Compliance**
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
- Follow café policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a stewarding or kitchen helper role is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
