Female Office Administrator

**Greeting visitors**: Welcoming clients, customers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- **Managing the reception area**: Keeping the office tidy and ensuring the reception area is well-managed
- **Handling mail and packages**: Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- **Answering phone calls**: Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
- **Scheduling appointments**: Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
- **Maintaining office supplies**: Keeping office supplies organized and up to date
- **Assisting with administrative tasks**: Performing administrative tasks such as recording meeting minutes and dictations
- **Providing information**: Providing information about the company's products and services
- **Maintaining records**: Maintaining important documents, files, and records
- **Supervising housekeeping**: Supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring all items are in stock
- **Coordinating with other departments**: Conferring and coordinating with other departments
- Front office executives should have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills, and be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. They should also have a general knowledge of computers and be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
