Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Handle routine office administration and clerical tasks.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in preparing letters, emails, reports, and basic documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier coordination.
Office Operations
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and basic housekeeping coordination.
- Support meeting arrangements, schedules, and visitor management.
- Maintain attendance registers and assist with basic HR coordination.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
- Assist HR and Accounts teams with data entry and documentation as required.
- Follow up on approvals, requests, and routine office tasks.
- Support compliance-related documentation and record maintenance.
General Duties
- Ensure confidentiality of office and employee information.
- Follow company policies, processes, and office discipline.
- Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Basic knowledge of office procedures.
- Familiarity with filing systems and documentation.
- Internship or training experience in administration (added advantage).
