Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle routine office administration and clerical tasks.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in preparing letters, emails, reports, and basic documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier coordination.

Office Operations

  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and basic housekeeping coordination.
  • Support meeting arrangements, schedules, and visitor management.
  • Maintain attendance registers and assist with basic HR coordination.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
  • Assist HR and Accounts teams with data entry and documentation as required.
  • Follow up on approvals, requests, and routine office tasks.
  • Support compliance-related documentation and record maintenance.

General Duties

  • Ensure confidentiality of office and employee information.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and office discipline.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Basic knowledge of office procedures.
  • Familiarity with filing systems and documentation.
  • Internship or training experience in administration (added advantage).
