Job Summary*
We’re looking for an individual who is excited to support Aperian Global’s internal staff and network of contract trainers and consultants around the world. The primary responsibilities of this role focus on supporting the Manager, Global Talent Resources in associate-related matters, including but not limited to sourcing new talent, contractor onboarding, contract execution and amendments, policy and procedure improvement and enforcement, and data integrity and security. This role also supports the Chief People Officer with global internal recruitment efforts, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.

- Creating, updating, and maintaining people records in accordance with our security policies
- Recruiting for diverse talent to execute our global solutions
- Ensuring proper onboarding through locally compliant contracts, work authorization verification, and payment set-up
- Utilizing internal administrative processes and communication tools to facilitate employee and contractor lifecycle management, including on

- Running staffing, evaluation, and payment reports as requested by client teams and finance

**Qualifications**
We love working with good people who care about our customers and each member of the team. On top of that, we’re looking for someone with some or all of the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area, and at least 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience recruiting and interviewing talent virtually;
- Not only exceptionally detail-oriented, but also skilled at creating and following processes;
- Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and tight deadlines;
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a collaborative virtual environment;
- Agile thinker, able to react quickly to opportunities and challenges;
- Interested in the cross-cultural field, with a desire to work in a high-paced global environment;
- Can demonstrate service-mindedness, promptness, dependability, and attention to detail;
- Familiar with Google Applications, Microsoft Office, Human Resource Information Systems or Client Management Software, and virtual communication and learning platforms (i.e. Zoom)
- Excellent command of the English language, strong written and verbal communication skills;
- At least 1-2 years of work experience ideally in a globally operating company
- Degree or certification in Human Resources/Talent Management
- Fluency in an additional language
- Experience working in multicultural teams, often virtually
- International working/living experience
