Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR activities in the APAC region.

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to team members, answering questions and responding to requests regarding employment and contracts.
  • Maintain our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing team member changes and new joiners.
  • Owning global projects such as engagement, training or culture initiatives.
  • Partnering with managers and employees to drive people strategy for your areas of responsibility.
  • Working as a global partner to colleagues, especially leads, managers and executives.
  • Processing new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation, file creation, system setup and introductory reviews.
  • Supporting employees with benefits enrollment and payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate data.
  • Liaising with payroll for smooth salary payments.
  • Creating purchase orders for internal departments.
  • Providing administrative support for benefits enrollment.
  • Auditing employment files and systems for up-to-date, accurate and GDPR compliance.
  • Improving processes to drive function forward.
Requirements
  • An exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • Experience working in an entry-level HR/People team role is beneficial, preferably in the Technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prioritizing complex workloads, managing time effectively and working under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Honesty, integrity and handling confidential data.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Taking initiative and providing suggestions for success.
  • Growth ambitions within HR.
