
Global Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR activities in the APAC region.
Responsibilities- Provide HR support to team members, answering questions and responding to requests regarding employment and contracts.
- Maintain our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing team member changes and new joiners.
- Owning global projects such as engagement, training or culture initiatives.
- Partnering with managers and employees to drive people strategy for your areas of responsibility.
- Working as a global partner to colleagues, especially leads, managers and executives.
- Processing new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation, file creation, system setup and introductory reviews.
- Supporting employees with benefits enrollment and payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate data.
- Liaising with payroll for smooth salary payments.
- Creating purchase orders for internal departments.
- Providing administrative support for benefits enrollment.
- Auditing employment files and systems for up-to-date, accurate and GDPR compliance.
- Improving processes to drive function forward.
- An exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
- Experience working in an entry-level HR/People team role is beneficial, preferably in the Technology industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prioritizing complex workloads, managing time effectively and working under pressure.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Honesty, integrity and handling confidential data.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Taking initiative and providing suggestions for success.
- Growth ambitions within HR.
We consider geographical location, experience and performance in shaping compensation worldwide. Annual compensation review ensures recognition of outstanding performance. In addition to base pay, we offer a performance-driven annual bonus which varies based on seniority but starts at a range up to 10%.
