- Sales Admin - Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP Support)

**Location**: Gurgaon (on-site)

**No. of Openings**: 10

**CTC: INR 5.50 - 7.20 Lac**

**Opportunity Closure Date**: Oct 31, 2024

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and management of vendor registrations in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP.
- Create, track, and manage sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, dispatches, and sales returns.
- Handle credit notes and ensure accurate processing within the ERP system.
- Work closely with the sales team to review and approve quotes and sales opportunities.
- Use Salesforce CRM for opportunity tracking and case management, including closing cases when needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, dispatch, and tracking of sales orders.
- Maintain records and reports for sales cycles and assist in sales documentation as required.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and resolve any discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Admin or related role.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, particularly in sales and operations modules.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, with the ability to manage quotes and close cases.
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Good Experience on Oracle Cloud Fusion and Salesforce in Sales and operations.
