**Job Summary**: As a Production Planning and Control Executive, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes by developing and implementing effective production plans, schedules, and control measures. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments, monitoring production efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning**:
Develop and implement comprehensive production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to gather information on order requirements and market demand.

**Scheduling and Coordination**:
Create detailed production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets.

Coordinate with production teams, machine operators, and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.

**Capacity Planning**:
Analyze production capacities and identify constraints.

Propose strategies to enhance production capacity and efficiency.

**Inventory Management**:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with production schedules.

Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

**Communication and Reporting**:
Communicate production plans and schedules to relevant stakeholders.

Provide regular reports on production performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in production planning and control within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and inventory management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,564.15 per month
